On and from the commencement of this Act, or the date of the cession of any of those lands, as the case may be, the town and fort of Jhánsí and the lands shall be deemed to form part of the district of Jhánsí mentioned in Part IV of the first schedule to the Scheduled Districts Act, 1874.
