All enactments which at the commencement of this Act, or at the date of the cession of any of the lands referred to in the last foregoing section, are or shall be in force in the Jhánsí district and not in the town and fort of Jhánsí or in those lands, shall then come into force in the town and fort or in those lands, as the case may be.
