Section 95. Jurisdiction of Civil Courts barred in certain cases

95. Jurisdiction of Civil Courts barred in certain cases. —Save where it is expressly provided to the contrary, no Court other than the Court of a Revenue-officer or Settlement-officer shall fix, alter or commute any rent or call in question any rent fixed by a Revenue-officer or Settlement-officer, or shall take cognizance of any dispute or matter in respect of which authority is given by this Act to a Revenueofficer or Settlement-officer.
