No perscin, not being a servant of Government, shall wear ally belt Baages worn by peror badge intended to resemble any belt or badge worn by not servants of servants of Government, or any badge not bearing, in* the Government to bear the employer's name, characters of a language current in t,he district in which &c. it is worn, thc name or designation of the party by whom the wearer is employed.
