Section 235. General superintendence, etc., of the Central Government

CHAPTER XIV BUILDING REGULATIONS 235. General superintendence, etc., of the Central Government . — Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provision of this Act, the Chairperson shall exercise his powers and discharge his functions under this Chapter, under the general superintendence, direction and control of the Central Government.
