Section 149. Power of Central Government to give directions to State Government and Social Security Organisations

149. Power of Central Government to give directions to State Government and Social Security Organisations. —The Central Government may give directions to— (i) any State Government or a State Board constituted under section 12 to execute in that State, of any of the provisions of this Code; or (ii) any of the Social Security Organisations in respect of the matters relating to the implementation of the provisions of this Code.
