28. No suit relating to any tenure which shall be cognizable by the Court of any settlement officer under this Act, shall be barred under the law for the time being in force relating to the limitation of suits, if the cause of action arose on or after the thirteenth day of February 1844. Bar of redemption-suits when mortgage executed before 13th February 1844.
