In section 66A of the principal Act,— (a) in sub-section (1),— (i) for the words and figures "under the States Reorganisation Act, 1956", the words "under any law providing for reorganisation of States" shall be substituted; (ii) for the figures, letters and words "1st day of November, 1956", the words "the date of such reorganisation" shall be substituted; (iii) for the words "it should be reconstituted or reorganised as an intra-State Board", the words "it should be reconstituted as an intra-State Board" shall be substituted; (iv) for the words "such reconstitution and reorganisation, as the case may be", the words "such reconstitution" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (3),— (i) in clause (b), for the words "reconstitution and reorganisation", the word "reconstitution" shall be substituted; 37 of 1956. 704 Wakf (Amendment) [ACT 69 (ii) in clause (f), for the words and figures "subject to the provisions of section 111 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956", the words "subject to the provisions of law providing for the reorganisation of the concerned State" shall be substituted.
