53. Execution of determination or order. —Every determination of[3] [fair and equitable sharing of benefits] or order made by the National Biodiversity Authority or a State Biodiversity Board under this Act or the order made by the High Court[4] [or the National Green Tribunal] in any appeal against any 1.
