80. Cognizance Of Offences. —No court inferior to that of ft presidency magistrate[1] or magistrate of the first class shall try any offence under this Act which is alleged to have been committed by any owner, agent or manager of a mine or any offence whioh is by this Act made punishable with imprisonment.
