21. Indian ships .―For the purposes of this Act, a ship shall not be deemed to be an Indian ship unless owned wholly by persons to each of whom[2] [any] of the following descriptions applies:―
(a) a citizen of India; or
21. If a person engages or carries any 98 (2), 99 seaman to sea in contravention of subsection (2) of section 98 or section 99.
Fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for every seaman in respect of whom the offence is committed.
