5. I n section 2 of Act VIII of 1861 the words tt and the Governor of the Presidency of Bombay in Oouncil" are hereby repealed, and the word "and" shall be inserted between the words " the LieutenantGovernor of the North-Western Provinces of Bengal" and the words "the Governor of the Presidency of Fort St. George in Council ".
