Section 11. The several persons and corporations who now are and shall hereafter become proprietors or sharehold

11. The several persons and corporations who now are and shall hereafter become proprietors or shareholders of the said corporated Assam Comp&ny" for `20` years, in. Assam Company, and their respective successors, executors, administrators, and assigns, shall be and continue for the term of twenty years from the passing of this Act, a Company for the purposes herein declared, and shall, during such time, constitute and be one body corporate by the' name and style of " The Assam Company,' and shall have a common seal, and by that name shall and nlay sue and be sued.
