Court may order a come in and establish his claim. come in and establish[time pending the suit, order the person ][or ][persons claimhg ] under sac11 coilveyance or inst.rument to come in and est,ablish his claim under the sanre ; and in default of. compliance with the said order, the said Court may declare the said conveyance or instrument t o be void as against the creditors of the said Nabob, and may order the property thereby conveyed to be delivered up to the said ,Receiver.
