IV. And it is hereby enacted, that all Officers subordinate to the Magistrate of the Zillah or City where such Camp shall be, shall be assisting to the said Superintendent in the exercise of the powers conferred on him by this Act, in the same manner as they are bound to be assisting to the said Magistrate. ________
