XV. The Marriage Regisistrars in the Territories of any Native Certificates Prince or State in alliance with the East India Company, Marriages in Allied Native States `to` be shall transmit the Certificates mentioned and referred to in transmitted to Secretary, &. the twelfth Section of the said Act of Parliament to the Secretary for the Foreign Deparbment of the Government of India.
