20. If any member of such corps shall neglect or refuse to pay any fine
to which he shall be sentenced by any Court Martial, within
such time as shall be fixed by the Commanding Officer of
the corps, he may be dismissed by the said Commanding Officer from the said
corps; and every such dismissal shall be recorded and reported to the Local
Government.
