34. In the case of a Government official, a municipal committee may— Pensions of Government officials serving the committee. (1) if his services are wholly lent to it, subscribe for his pension or gratuity and leave-allowances in accordance with the rules of the Government Civil Pension and Leave Codes for the time being in force; and (2) if he devotes only a part of his time to the performance of duties in behalf of the committee, contribute to his pension or gratuity and leave-allowances in such proportion as may be determined by the Government.
