Any prosecution for an offence under section 80, or section 105, or under section 131, when the order which has been disobeyed is appealable, shall be suspended, when the Magistrate learns that an appeal has been instituted, pending the decision of the appeal; and if the order is set aside on appeal, disobedience thereto shall not be deemed an offence against those sections. ---
