And it is hereby provided, that if at the end of fifteen months the Owner or Consignee of Goods shall desire to keep them in Warehouse for a further period, the Board or other controlling authority of Customs shall be competent to permit him so to keep them for a like further period not exceeding fifteen months, on the Bonds being renewed by the parties applying for the same.
