Section 48. (I)

48. (I) The registration mark assigned to a trailer AppU~tItlcn o ! aha terIlI shall be displayed in the prescribed manner on the side tradrs. of the vehicle. (2) No person shall drive a motor vehicle to whioh a trailer `irJ` or trailers are attached unless the registration mark of the motor vehicle so driven is displayed i n the prescribed manner on the trailer or on the last trailer in the train, as the case may be. 41. (1) A Provincial I ijpliplace q; I i) the OF 1939.1 M O ~ O T `Vehicles.` - `(j)` the extension of the validity of certificates of fitness pending consideration of app)ications for their renewal ; - (b) the exemption from the provisions of this Chapter, and the conditions and fees for exemption, of motor vehicles in the possession of dealers ; - (1) the exemption of road-rollers from all or any of the provisions of this Chapter and the rules made thereunder, and the conditions governing such exemption ; and the exemption of delivery vans from the provisions of section 38 and the conditions governkg such exemption ; and - `(nb)` any other matter which is to be or may be prescribed.
