111. (1) The Central Government may rjzake rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Chaptor. )-operative `IV` 01 `1038,` $llowed to Motor Vehicles ? (2) Without pejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for-- - (a) the forms to be used for the purposes of this Chapter ; - (6) the making of applications for and the issue of certificates of insurance ; - (c) the issue of duplicates to replace certificates of - render of oertifioates of insuranoe ; - (e) the records to be maintained by insurers of polioies of insurance issued under this Chapter ; - '(h) the 'carrying into effect of the provisions 'of seotion 108 ; hicles brought into British India by persons making only temporary etay therein by applying those provisions with prescribed modifications ; and - (j) any other matter which is to be or may be . . prescribed.
