Additional Investigations(if done):| |---|---|---| |S.No|Investigations done|Key findings| |||| |||| |||| |||| |||| |||| 4. उि जनयमों के जनयम 4 में, - - (क) खंड (ग) के उपखंड (ii) में, "बीस सप्ताह", िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर, "चौबीस सप्ताह", िब्ि रखे िाएंगे; - (ख) खंड (ग) के पश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत खंड अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाभत् :- "(गक) रजिस्ट्रीकृत जचदकत्सा व्यवसायी के पास गभ समापन की जचदकत्सा पद्धजतयों द्वारा नौ सप्ताह तक की गभाभवजध के गभ समापन को करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत अनुभव और प्रजििण होगा, अर्ाभत् :- - (i) प्रसूजत जवज्ञान और स्त्री रोग जवज्ञान व्यवसाय का तीन मास से अन्द्यून अवजध का दकसी जचदकत्सालय का अनुभव; या [ भाग II— खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण - (ii) उसने सरकार द्वारा स्ट्र्ाजपत या अनुरजित अस्ट्पताल में अर्वा इसी प्रयोिन के जलए अनुमोदित प्रजििण संस्ट्र्ान में गभ के जचदकत्सीय समापन के िस मामलों को गभ समापन की जचदकत्सा पद्धजतयों द्वारा दकसी रजिस्ट्रीकृत जचदकत्सा व्यवसायी के पयभवेिण के अधीन स्ट्वतंत्र रूप से दकया हो ।"। 4. In rule 4 of the said rules,— - (a) in clause (c), in sub-clause (ii), for the words "twenty- weeks", the words "twenty - four weeks" shall be substituted; - (b) after clause (c), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- - "(ca) A Registered Medical Practitioner shall have the following experience and training for conducting termination of pregnancy upto nine weeks of gestation period by medical methods of abortion, namely:(i) experience at any hospital for a period of not less than three months in the practice of obstetrics and gynaecology; or (ii) has independently performed ten cases of pregnancy termination by medical methods of abortion under the supervision of a Registered Medical Practitioner in a hospital established or maintained, or a training institute approved for this purpose, by the Government.".
