And it is hereby enacted, that upon the receipt of any appeal from a decree of the Agent duly preferred under the Rules to be prescribed as aforesaid, the Court of Sudder Dewanny Adawlut shall proceed to try and determine it as to them any seem right and proper and in conformity with the prescribed rules. _______________
