10[ 16A. Pension or Provident Fund.— The University shall constitute for the benefit of its officers, teachers and other[11] [employees] such pension or provident fund[12] [or provide such insurance scheme] as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.]
