Section XXXIX. And it is hereby enacted, that any three of the said Directors of the said Bank, or any ten Propriet

XXXIX. And it is hereby enacted, that any three of the said Directors of the said Bank, or any ten Proprietors of the Capital Stock of the said Bank may at any time convene a General Meeting of the Proprietors, upon giving fifteen days previous notice of such Meeting, and of the purpose or purposes for which the same s hall be convened, as well to the Directors of the said bank for the time being as also by public Advertisement in the Official Gazette of Madras. And any General Meeting so convened shall have the same powers and authorities as prescribed in the preceding Section of this Act for the Annual General Meeting to be held in the month of March.
