And it is hereby enacted, that the business of the said Bank shall be managed by nine Directors, of whom three shall be appointed and be removeable by the Governor in Council of Madras, and the remaining six shall be elected by the General Meeting of the Proprietors of the said Bank, and shall be removeable by vote of the majority of a General Meeting of the said Proprietors.
