20. In the Produce Cess Act, 1966, !,-

(a) in sub-clause (ii) of claus
(g) of section 2,-
(2) the words "copra or7', occur, shall be omitted;
both the places where they
(ii) the words ", as the may be," shall be omitted;
(b) in section 6, the words "or in both the places where they occur, shall be omitted;
(c) in the Second Schedule, 2 and the entries relating thereto in columns 2, 3 and 4 shall be omitted.
