Section 11. Appointment of Receivers

11. Appointment of Receivers.— The powers conferred by Chapter XXXVI of the Code of Civil Procedure (14 of 1882), on High Courts and District Courts as to the appointment of Receivers may be exercised by the City Court or any Judge thereof. 12.
