17. The Finance Officer.— The Finance Officer shall be appointed in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
17. College maintained by University.— (1) The Manipur Institute of Technology, Imphal shall be maintained by the University.
(2) The organisation, conditions of maintenance and management of the College in clause (1) shall be prescribed by the Ordinances.
