Notwithstanding anything herein contained, no tenant shall be ejected from the land in his occupation, except between the fifteenth day of April and the fifteenth day of June, unless, while the rent in respect of such land is in arrear, he has failed to cultivate the land in accordance with the terms on which he holds it.
