Section 6. In section 28B, in sub-section (1), after the words "Appellate Tribunal", the words ", National Tax Tribunal" shall be inserted

6. In section 28B, in sub-section (1), after the words "Appellate Tribunal", the words ", National Tax Tribunal" shall be inserted. 7. Sections 130, 130A, 130B, 130C and 130D shall be omitted.
