F., of One of the Directors or Secretary of the said Union Bank, do solemny and sincerely declare that the above written Memorial doth contain the names of the new Directors and Secretary of the said Union Bank, and of the persons in whose places they have been appointed, and of the persons who have ceased to be Members of the said Union Bank, and of the new Members of the said Union Bank, as the same respectively appear in the books of the said Union Bank, and I make this Solemn Declaration, &c.
