An Act to relieve from Incumbrances the estates of Thakurs in Broach and Kaira.
Preamble.—WHEREAS many Thakurs in the districts of Broach and Kaira are in debt, and their
immoveable property is subject to mortgages, charges and liens; and whereas it is expedient to provide for their relief in manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:—
