77. Nothing in this Act shall affect any rules, re- Minor gulations, conditions or customs of the Indian Marine punish"ents# Service now or hereafter in force under which any person may be liable-
- (a) to dismissal, loss of seniority, disrating, forfeiture or stoppages ; or
- ( h ) to any restriction not amounting to custody, or any deprivation of indulgence or additional duty, imposed in the way of discipline.
