( Chapter 1,-Preliminary.Section 3.) repealed by any of them, shall, so far as they are consistent with this Act, be deemed to have been respectively made, given, approved, conferred and published under this Act. (3) Any enactment or document referring to any of those enactments or to any eiiactment repealed by any of them, shall, so far as may be, be c~nst~rued to refer to this Act or to the corresponding portion thereof.
