Provided always and it is further enacted, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to render illegal or invalid and General or other Meeting of the said Company, or of the managing body thereof, or any elections, resolution, or other proceeding whatsoever held, made or passed thereat by reason of the same being held in pursuance of the said Bye Laws, Rules and Regulations so contained in the said Deed of Association.
