Definitions. -In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "Chairperson" means the Chairperson of the Commission appointed under sub-section (1) of section 20; (b) "Claims Commissioner" means the Claims Commissioner appointed under sub-section (2) of section 9; (c) "Commission" means the Nuclear Damage Claims Commission established under section 19;
