16. Power of Central Government to amend Schedule.— Notwithstanding anything contained in subsection (2) of section 14, the Central Government, after consultation with the Council, may, by notification in the Official Gazette, amend the Schedule by directing that an entry be made therein in respect of any architectural qualification. 5[16. 5 years Diploma in Architecture awarded by the Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Gurgaon (Haryana) with effect from 1-6-1994 to the students trained at the Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Gurgaon (Haryana).]
