A Comnn~aiidin~ Officer holding a trial under this Act sliall be deemed a Court-llfartial, and the word " Court-Martial" in 64, 66, 67, and 98 of tlie said Articles of War, so far as such Articles are al)i)licable to persons amenable tllereto;shall be deeimd to include a Collnanding bficer holding such trial.
