Section 26. Prior approval of the Central Government for alienation of property

CHAPTER V MISCELLANEOUS 26. Prior approval of the Central Government for alienation of property.— The Foundation shall not, except with the previous approval of the Central Government, sell or otherwise dispose of any property vested in the Foundation.
