No certified goldsmith shall either own or have at any time in his possession, custody or control any quantity of— (i) standard gold bars in excess of one hundred grammes, or (ii) any quantity of primary gold (including standard gold bars) in excess of three hundred grammes. Limit on primary gold which a certified goldsmith may possess.
