13. Whoever, in contravention of section 7, or any rule ~ ~ made under that section, or any condition of a licence grant- of section `7.` ed thereunder,

(a) imports into British Inilia,
(b) exports from British India, or
(c) tranships ,
any dangerous drug, shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to two or with fine, or with both.
