HEREAS it is expedient to consolidate the law relating to criminal tribes ; I t is hereby enacted as follows : -
Preliminary.
`1.'` (1) This Act may be called the Criminal Tribes Act, z;p;;ztt. `1924.`
- (2) I t extends to the whole of British India.
