Section 11. Penalty for flying so as to cause danger

11. Penalty for flying so as to cause danger.— Whoever wilfully flies any aircraft in such a manner as to cause danger to any person or to any property on land or water or in the air shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to[5] [two years, or with fine which may extend to[6] [one crore rupees]], or with both. 7[11A. Penalty for failure to comply with directions issued under section 5A.— If any person wilfully fails to comply with any direction issued under section 5A, he shall be punishable with 1.
