Section 34. Endorsements to be made on security itself

34. Endorsements to be made on security itself.— Notwithstanding anything contained in section 15 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (26 of 1881), no endorsement of a port security, which is transferable by endorsement, shall be valid unless made by the signature of the holder inscribed on the back of the security itself.
