Section 3B. Special provision with respect to State of Bihar

3[ 3B. Special provision with respect to State of Bihar.— (1) The Central University of Bihar established under sub-section (4) of section 3 shall be known as the Central University of South Bihar, having its territorial jurisdiction extending to the territory in the south of River Ganges in the State of Bihar, as specified in the First Schedule to this Act. 1.
