99. In the performance of their duties under this Act, the Collectors General subordination of Courts shall be subject to the direction and control of the Commissioners (and of the Financial Commissioner) and the Deputy Collectors and Assistant Collectors shall be subject to the direction and control of the Deputy Commissioners to whom they are respectively subordinate: Provided that nothing in this section shall empower the Financial Commissioner or any Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner to interfere in any way not authorized by this Act with any decision or order in a suit. 100.
