65. If on the property being put up for sale, a price which the officer holding the sale shall think fair be not offered, and if the owner of the property or his recognized agent apply to have the sale postponed until the next day, or (if a market be held at i 1 134 ACT No. XIX of 1868. at the place of sale) until the next market-day, the sale shall be postponed until such day, and shall be then completed at whatever price may be offered.
