Whenever a deposit has been made under the provisions of this Act, no suit shall be brought against the depositor or his representative on account of any revenue or rent which accrued due in respect of the land last hereinbefore mentioned prior to Limitations of suits for balance of revenue or rent. 120 ACT No. XIX OF 1868. to the date of the deposit, unless such suit is instituted within six months from the date of the service of the notice mentioned in section 15.
